CreatiVenesS uses the experience of partner organisations and associates from right across the voluntary sector in Derbyshire, the East Midlands and beyond.
With this bank of knowledge and skills, CreatiVenesS offers:
- advice at the project planning stage on designing a brief and help with identifying funding
- personalised training to individuals, staff teams, communities, organisations and partnerships on a variety of subjects such as:
- Equality and Diversity
- Running Focus Groups and Forums
- Participatory Appraisal consultation techniques
CreatiVenesS chooses carefully the organisations and individuals who become its associates and is responsible for performance management of all services delivered under its name. All associates undergo training and take up personal development opportunities on a regular basis.
